Here is a link regarding arsenic in chicken.

I have spoken against conventional chickens for years and I am not too trusting of the organic free range varieties either

Aside from FDA approved arsenic, the Department of Agriculture allows up to 10% of Salmonella & Campylobacteria. Anything above 10% has to be destroyed.  The chicken companies are on the honor system.

My advice—Slowly but surely eliminate chicken from your diet.
